So many Indonesian dishes that need peanut sauce to make it tastier!
Dishes like Gado-Gado (Mix vegie), Satay, Ketoprak, Pecel, etc. That’s why I tried to set the basic peanut sauce recipe!
The result? My husband like it so much! So you might want to try this recipe!
Peanut Sauce Ingredients:
- 350 ml water
- 5 tbs sweet soy sauce
- 150 gr peanuts (pureed)
- salt and pepper
- cooking oil
Peanut Sauce’s Pureed Ingredients:
- 4 red chilli (Optional)
- 5 shallots
- 3 cloves garlics
- 2 candle nuts
- Heat the pan and add cooking oil, saute the pure ingredients until smell nice.
- Add in pureed peanut and water.
- let it stay until it is boiling and become thicker.
- Add salt and pepper, sweet soy sauce and mix well.
- Ready to serve.
