FRUITS with PALM SUGAR SAUCE (RUJAK )

Most people love to eat fruits!!!

For me who came from Central of Java, Indonesia, I like to eat Rujak!

But I have never make any Rujak anymore because rujak won’t be

Completed without “Bengkuang” (Jicama)!

Once I found out that there is Bengkuang here, and hello Rujak!!!

 

It is so very easy to make!

Check the recipe below:

FRUITS with PALM SUGAR SAUCE (RUJAK )

Ingredients:

Apple

Manggo

Pineapple

Jicama

Cucumber

Palm sugar (amount as preferred)

One pinch of Salt

3 Red Chili  (optional)

Water

Method:

– Slice all fruits or cut them into small size (preference size)

– For sugar/sauce:

Blend together palm sugar, salt, red chili   (optional) add one slice of pineapple and one slice of cucumber.

Once those all are blended add a little bit of water. Keep the sauce thick!

Put in the refrigerator if you like to eat them cold.

Good for snack time in the afternoon too!

Ready to serve!!!

So easy yet refreshing!
